Winhall, the town at the base of Stratton, has condos at the ski area as well as here in the village of Bondville.
Winhall Acres condos are under $200,000 and offer a pool and tennis court for summer living. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft.
Intervale at Stratton is located off the Stratton Access Road. Units vary from a standard 3-bedroom to a few 4-bedroom units. Prices range from $300,000 to $500,000. Intervale has a shuttle to Stratton Mountain in the winter and offers membership in the Stratton Sports Center.
Further up the Stratton Access Road are Woodrock condos. This is a small development and the condos range from 3 to 4 bedrooms (not often on the market).
Stratton West offers 2- to 5-bedroom condos. These were constructed in the late 1960s. Stratton Sports Center bond is available for purchase.
Birch Hill Coops are all 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. They are generally well-maintained and have a winter shuttle to Stratton skiing and a pool for summer use. Stratton Sports Center is available. As they are co-ops, financing is presently not available.
Fox Chapel and Village Chalet condos are located on the mountain behind the Chapel of the Snows at Stratton. They vary between 3 to 5 bedrooms and are of varying ages. They are quite popular and go fast!
