Kristin Pirie is a real estate professional and experienced home remodeler and designer who loves helping people see the full potential in every home. Her passion for transforming spaces started back in 2002, when she began taking on small remodel projects and using simple touches—like fresh paint, new lighting, and updated textiles—to make big impacts.

By 2006, Kristin had moved on to larger projects, reimagining layouts and upgrading features like windows and doors to create spaces that felt both beautiful and functional. In 2012, she expanded into real estate investing, buying and renovating rental properties with a creative, hands-on approach. One of those projects she completed entirely on her own, strengthening her ability to add value through smart, thoughtful improvements.

Those experiences naturally led Kristin to earn her real estate license and dive into home staging—helping clients prepare their homes to shine on the market and sell for top dollar.

Today, Kristin combines her background in remodeling, staging, investing, and real estate sales to give each client personalized service and practical, design-minded advice.
